2023 Gearmore GCF Series GCF79

Our new "GCF" Series Mower/Shredders are now designed for front or rear tractor mount. To front mount, just re-bolt the A-frame to the back of the shredder. The added versatility of hammer knife for brush mowing makes these mower/shredders the most popular units we have available.

Just right for use in vineyards, berries, and other narrow row crops. Also used by roadsides, parks, rental yards, and general weed abatement.

Features may include:

• Fits Cat. I & II, 3-pt. hitches, 540 RPM tractors

• Adjustable A-frame allows offsetting of mower 6" to the right

• Front or rear tractor mount

• Heavy duty 72 H.P. gearbox with overrunning clutch

• Shreds brush or prunings up to 2"

• Cutting height adjusts from 1" to 4"

• Specially designed drop forged hammer knives give optimum performance in brush shredding, mulching prunings, grass cutting, and cover crop maintenance

• Drop forged cutter bar to increase the shredding of material

• Equipped with a patented rear defl ector which in open position discharges grass and allows tractor speeds up to 6 M.P.H., and in closed position contains and further shreds brush to a fi ner mulch

• Computer balanced vibration free rotor turns at approximately 2100 RPM

• Rotor bearings are double self-aligning to insure long life

• 3 Belt drive protects gearbox, driveshaft and rotorshaft, 4 belt on model GCF69 & GCF79

• Double row of front safety chains provide safety from fl ying material

• 5 ½ " Diameter full width gauge roller
