2023 Gearmore Grader Blades SSGB-8B

This patented SSGB-8B Grader was designed to be used by asphalt, landscape and concrete contractors. The grader has a wide 8', 6-way hydraulically controlled moldboard operated by in-cab remote controls.

Our patented Grader Blade allows for an economical way to turn your skid steer/ track loader into a Motor Grader. The Grader Blade features a six-way hydraulically controlled moldboard. This 8 foot wide blade has in-cab controls. To help prevent damage, the blade is shear pin protected.

Contractors fi nd our Grader to be a valuable tool for asphalt, landscaper and concrete fl atwork. Vineyard, orchard and vegetable growers fi nd the unit excellent for maintaining access roads.

• Universal skid steer/track loader mount

• Hydraulic blade has tilt, angle and height adjustments

• Moldboard is 15" high by 96" long

• Reversible moldboard cutting edge is double bevelled, 1/2" thick by 6"

• Moldboard rotation left and right up to 25"

• Moldboard is wide at fully angled - 85"

• Moldboard tilts up or down up to 25"

• Moldboard has shear pin protection w/holder

• Three 2" x 12", 3500 PSI hydraulic cylinders

• Electric solenoid operated grader control valve

• In-cab remote controls

• Dual fl oatation, swivel 360°, gauge wheels with 18 1/2" x 8 1/2" - 8 ply tires

• Comes complete with hoses and 1/2" fl at faced couplers

• Minimum 45 H.P. is required
