Single point hydraulic depth control, hydraulic self-leveling frame and walking tandems are all standard features on Salford field cultivators. The cultivators are engineered with oversized frames, axles and hinge points for years of dependable service and less down time.
7 INCH SHANK SPACING WITH 7INCH SWEEPSSalford two piece S-tine cultivators have 4.5 inch tine spacing and come with a 4 inch long life, cast point. The two piece s-tine has 26" under frame clearance for maximum residue flow. The two piece s-tine has 110 – 200 pounds operating pressure. S-Tine tips pressure varies during operation as the tine vibrates in the soil, generating a more level finish.
The spring trip shanks have between 200 and 270 pounds tip pressure and provide 26 inches of under frame clearance.
HEAVY DUTY FRAMESSalford cultivators have heavy-duty frames with oversized hinge pins for durability and longevity. Salford’s durable frame design allows for an option hitch so that growers can pull packers or other field finishing tools.
